After the manufacturing process is ended, before packing and truck loading, your house is pre-assembled.
A few days before the pre-assembling you'll be invited here to see it.
The pre-assembling of the house has the purpose to:

• Final dimensions checking
• Final check for the assembling elements
• Visual checking of the wood
• Roof structure check (there are assembled only a few elements)

We don't assemble: the wainscot, the floor, the roof cover, all the joinery, etc.
At this point you can still make minor changes (paid changes)
After the reception of the pre-assembling is made, you'll sign together with one of our agents The Pre-assembling acceptance report.
Based on this official report we'll give you an invoice for the second payment.
If you can't come to the pre-assembling, we consider it valid and we'll send you pictures along with the invoice for the second payment.
Loading and delivery will be made only after we have the proof that the second payment was made.
