This model keeps the foldable concept and it presents 3 essential characteristics:
1. High assembling/ disassembling speed - 330 minutes.
2. Evolutionary dimensional modulation - is made by 4 modules
3. Each disassembled module forms one package - the preassembled panels are fixed together with hinges, so as if folded, they form a package. The packages can be stacked.

The product is delivered as kit, ready to be assembled with all its accessories and assemble instructions.

Characteristics:

• Material: untreated massive spruce. Humidity 14 - 18%. Excluded defects: non - adherent knots, rotten wood, bark traces, holes and other damages made by insects. Repaired knots.
• Walls: made of pre-assembled panels that are fixed together with hinges so as when folded they form a package. The panels are made of planned tongue and groove spruce boards - 20 mm thickness, assembled in a 40 x 70 mm frame.
• Floor: factory pre-assembled panels made of OSB 3 de 12 mm fixed on massive wooden sleepers with the section of 60 x 100 mm
• Roof: 24 purlins with the section of 40 x 40 mm, 8 decorative boards, 8 OSB 3 12 mm panels.
• Joinery:

- front side: 2 half-glazed doors: 1400 x 1870 mm.
- lateral left side: 4 fixed windows: 595 x 930 mm.
- back side: plain door: 800 x 1870 mm

• Ridge height: 2460 mm
