Delivery and unloading methods
The delivery is meant at least at the property limit, at the address mentioned on your offer as a delivery address (if it is different from the invoice address), or written in your client form at the time the order is made, if it’s possible (due to the opinion of the transporter), in front of your house, in front of your building or where you want your product to be delivered.
The unloading must be done in the presence of the receiver unless there is a contrary agreement. This means that the presence of the client is mandatory.
He must take care of everything in order for the unloading to be made in good conditions.
The delivery dates are without week-ends and holidays.
In the case when the delivery is required for the week-end or for the holidays, the client must assure the proper transportation means, and there will be required supplementary costs.
When the delivery is made you will have to sign a delivery note (Dispatch) through which you confirm that you’ve received the proper merchandise. In case of complaint, see the article "Compliance merchandise" to see the steps that must be followed.


The deliveries are made by transport companies approved by Fragetico Group. Depending on the volume and weight of the ordered products, the deliveries can be made by:
- Currier
- Small truck
- Truck with maximum load of 1,5 tons
- Truck with maximum load of 3,2 tons
- Truck with maximum load of 20 tons

For very large items:
Some very large items (houses, holiday houses, garages…) can be delivered only with specific logistical means (large trucks). The delivery place must be reached with a truck with the following dimensions: 13.40 x 2.50 x 4 m (height).
This must be able to:
- Have access and to manipulate the merchandise easy.
- To have access to unload the merchandise on the lateral side (the maximum width of the delivery zone: 5 m)
- There must be taken into account also the length of the package.
- He must be able to turn his car once the delivery is made.
If the configuration of the place prevents the items from being delivered, the transporter reserves its right to cancel the delivery, to return the cost of delivery and return home.


Delivery cost
The delivery at the specified address on the command is not included in the selling price of our products, unless there is otherwise specified. Transport and delivery will appear separately on the estimate and the invoice.

The delivery date will be established when the order is signed. The hour or the scheduling will be established with one’s consent, through a telephone call from the commercial department. If the hour and the delivery date (scheduling) are established, the client bears the responsibility to report as soon as possible if unable to attend as agreed, warning the one who gave the order for transport, meaning the person that is responsible for the commercial department at Fragetico Group. (The name of the person in charge is written in the order). If the transporter agrees to postpone the delivery time and date, there won’t be required extra charges. Additional charges for return and for a new delivery can be requested if the transporter refuses to postpone the delivery time and date due to the short term that doesn’t allow him to rearrange his deliveries, or if the client is missing without notice or leaving a written warrant for a person (he must identify itself and the final client with an ID card) who can receive the merchandise.


Merchandise conformity
The product was delivered by a transporter commissioned by the seller.
You must check the package carefully and check the contents in the presence of the delivering person, before signing the delivery note (Dispatch). If the delivered products have been damaged during transport and are broken or do not coincide with the specifications listed in your order (wrong product), you must refuse the package legibly writing your reason for refusal on the delivery note. The package will be returned and will be sent back at no extra cost. If there are quantities missing, fill in the delivery note, writing the missing quantities in a precise and detailed manner. We will send you the missing elements free of charge. In the absence of accurate mentions on the delivery note, the merchandise is considered to be delivered according to the order and no further claim can be made.
